Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before accessing or using the services provided by Marketing Advice NI (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.

Services Provided:

Marketing Advice NI offers marketing consultancy and strategy services to clients. These services include but are not limited to marketing planning, digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and advertising campaigns. The specific services provided will be outlined in the individual agreements or proposals between Marketing Advice NI and the client.

Client Responsibilities:

The client agrees to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Provide accurate and necessary information required for the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with Marketing Advice NI in a timely manner, providing feedback and approvals as necessary.
Adhere to any guidelines or requirements set forth by Marketing Advice NI to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategies.

Fees and Payments:

The fees for the services provided by Marketing Advice NI will be agreed upon in the individual agreements or proposals. Payment terms, including payment schedules and methods, will also be outlined in these agreements. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Confidentiality:

Marketing Advice NI recognises the importance of maintaining client confidentiality. We agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained from the client during the course of our engagement, except as required by law. Likewise, the client agrees to keep any proprietary information shared by Marketing Advice NI confidential.

Intellectual Property:

Any intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted material, owned by Marketing Advice NI remains the property of the company. The client agrees not to use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability:

Marketing Advice NI will make every effort to provide high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our marketing strategies. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client shall be responsible for any outstanding fees owed to Marketing Advice NI up to the termination date.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.

By using the services of Marketing Advice NI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Marketing Advice NI and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
